First time I EVER done these characters. Not bad character-wise... not so good on the design. I tried something different... kinda failed... but if I don't try and fail sometimes, then how would I get better?

Darkness is supposed to be in the dark in the background and the eyes are lighted up. Check the mock up here...

I like it Jeff.When I see a good page, inspiration hits and I usually get a flash of what I think it would look like finished(color scheme,shading,lighting etc)
And that definitely happened with this one. :thumbsup:
